Organizational change occurs when a critical mass of people within an organization begin to experience one another and the world in which they work differently — a shift of minds.

A LeaderSHIFT development programs is a one-of-a-kind projects created to precisely address your organization's most important cultural and management issues. It keeps a consistent focus on your strategic initiatives and alignment of strategy, culture and leadership. LeaderSHIFT combines multidisciplinary team learning and coaching.

The first step is to identify a curriculum that is precisely targeted to address the leadership learning needs of your leaders. "Students" are engaged early on in developing the topics.

Then we design a highly experiential learning process that extends for 9 to 12 months. One on one monthly coaching conversations with each participant are included in the program to assist the leader in making the learning from the group sessions relevant to their specific areas of responsibility.
