InsideCOACH™
Interest in helping leaders to become better coaches is at an all time high.*

InsideCOACH™ is a highly experiential program for an organizational leader or a team of leaders who want to learn how to integrate coaching into their leadership practice. To be an effective coach we must have certain skills, competencies and an action-oriented structure so we can use more of our gears and coach others to do the same.

In this personalized program you will quickly advance through the learning about coaching segments and begin learning through coaching people in your organization on real issues and receiving feedback from Liz on your coaching. InsideCOACH™ is a key part of The Nurse Executive's Coaching Manual (April, 2010) written by Kimberly McNally and Liz Cunningham.
